DISCOVERY CALL
During this in-depth conversation, we will discuss your project's specific scope of work, your business brand, and your target clientele in more detail. This call also helps us gain a comprehensive understanding of your goals and ensures that we are aligned.
ON-SITE CONSULTATION
During the on-site consultation, we will delve deeper into your brand identity and client experience within the physical space. This detailed discussion allows Cabell Cooper Design to fully understand your project's unique requirements and strategize how to best bring your commercial vision to life.
DESIGN PROPOSAL AND INSTALLMENT
After our consultation, you'll receive a customized contract and proposal that will clearly outline the project's scope, estimated design fees, and project timeline.
ARCHITECTURAL PLAN REVIEW
Once you have secured your architectural plans, I will meticulously review them and provide any suggestions and adjustments as needed to maximize the layout and overall design efficiency of your space.
FURNITURE PLANS AND MOOD BOARDS
Once the architectural plans are finalized, I will create detailed furniture plans to determine the most functional layout for your space. Simultaneously, mood boards will be developed to establish the precise direction for your design aesthetic.
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
In this pivotal phase, I'll refine the layout and select the exact pieces for your commercial space. Once all the design details are finalized, you'll experience a comprehensive presentation of your space, complete with tangible samples, swatches, and detailed images to provide a clear, thoughtful and exciting vision of the finished design.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT PHASE
With the design approved, we'll transition into the project management phase. Here, I will place all orders, actively collaborate with your contractors, and meticulously manage every detail to ensure a seamless execution and ensure that nothing is missed.
INSTALLATION
Once all the work is complete, and your furniture and fixtures have arrived, I will coordinate all deliveries and schedule your installation day, to ensure that your newly designed commercial space is ready for business.
