This large-scale new construction is a dual-purpose commercial development. The first floor is home to the Prytania Veterinary Hospital, a trusted New Orleans institution, while the second floor features seven residential condos. Our design approach for the hospital honors its legacy by creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere that blends clean, modern lines with subtle, down-home touches. The result is a space that feels both contemporary and comforting, reflecting the hospital's long standing community bond while supporting the needs of a modern veterinary facility.
