ENTIRE HOME REMODEL

In this cute 1950 cottage, the clients were the original homeowners having made the purchase from the builder. But over the decades they had never updated the look and feel. It was in desperate need of extensive exterior and interior redesign. With a plan to sell the property, Cabell Cooper Design was hired to remodel the entire home for resale. The challenge was to stay on a conservative budget and retain the charm. Quite the challenge indeed. The kitchen was brought to life by opening it up so it fluidly moved into the dining room. A master bath and walk-in closet addition was constructed. Surfaces were transformed with granite. The hardwood floors refinished in a shiny new lighter color. The kitchen and bath cabinetry were updated with new hardware. Lighting, plumbing fixtures were updated while the whole interior and exterior got a fresh new coat of paint. All coming in under budget.
